Review/Giveaway: SnoofyBee Clean Hands Changing Pad

Any parent will tell you that it IS possible to get by with the bare basics when raising a baby. They need somewhere to sleep, some way to eat, somewhere to poop, and something to wear. Without anything else, they'd live just fine. Just as quickly, those parents would tell you that a good supply of items that might seem gimmicky can make everyone's lives easier.

It's like when you see a commercial and no matter how silly the product is, you can come to realize its everything you never knew you needed.

SnoofyBee can definitely be that product. Here's the scenario. You walking into the beautiful bundle of joy's room, and get aromatically assaulted before that cute smile can even make your day. Awesome, let's start the day with the one task every parent dreads.

So you gather up a diaper, a giant bag of wipes, and a plastic bag. Lay your cutie down, and in the midst of your gagging and whining, she finds it hilarious.

We must be playing a game! Just when you think you have it under control – you caught it before any blowouts, it didn't get on her clothes or surrounding surfaces, and in a few more wipes, you'll reach the finish line.

At this moment, your babe, who luckily woke in a great mood, starts flailing hands. OH NO! Right in the poo. Now you have to scramble to wrestle hands before they touch something else, while still securing the unfinished dirty butt. Good luck!

OR! You can use SnoofyBee's “Clean Hands Changing Pad”. For starters it's a clutch. It can hold a diaper or two (cloth is a bit bulky for it, unless laid open) and a slim wipes case when rolled up for on the go.

Unfolded, you now have a durable, easily wipeable changing pad. But more than that it has a special Velcro fold that allows you to enclose it under the child's arms, keeping their flailing limbs safely out of the way. There is even an attachment for small clip toys to keep them preoccupied.

Unmistakably, this resembles an injured dog's neck cone, but hey, whatever works!

Unfortunately for me, my daughter was less than thrilled with this new contraption. She is 17 months old and possibly a bit old to be introducing this. Snoofybee's site features many babes that look the same age if not older than mine, but maybe they were introduced younger and are well used to it by now. I think it is a great gift for 1 and under!

I plan on gifting mine to new baby I know and I think much more use will be had in that household than here. I do think its a great product, but just not going to be able to make it happen here, at least not unless we have another child.  But the concept is great and I believe this would make an amazing new baby gift!  Even if you never use the 'cone', this is very nice fold up diaper pad.

The SnoofyBee comes in four adorable patterns – Teal Chevron, Citrus, Arrows, and Polka Dot – Each costing $34.99!

  21. LOL! It seems as if the babies hands go everywhere but where you want them, especially when changing their diapers! You don't think they're aware and then you're cleaning it off the walls! It amazes me the things that they come up with to make parenting easier! Pinned so other mothers can learn about this product!
