Here's what we've been up to this past week:
So, now our favorite part - the FEATURES ! If you're one of our featured posts, we'd love it if you'd grab a button, and thanks to all of you who shared with us last week!
This week I was inspired by all the warm earth and wood tones of September.
DecoArt Blog // Wood Slice Pumpkins
"Add these adorable pumpkins to your Halloween décor. These are a simple way to add some spook but make it blend with the rest of your farmhouse décor seamlessly. If you love all things rustic, this is definitely the project for you."
a Vintage Green // A Vintage Washboard & Hemp Oil Finish
"I like to add protection to old wood and Hemp Oil is my choice. It does change the tone of the wood and as it dries in it adds a good finish."
A Fresh Squeezed Life // How to Make a Wall-Mounted Hook Rack
"My garage houses a pretty large pile of reclaimed fence wood and I knew I wanted a bit of that texture in my room. Old wood has so much character from all of the years it has been weathered and worn…it is like it has a story to tell."
A Fireman's Wife // Easy Caramel Sauce
"I made this to go with an apple cake yesterday and it is so good it can also stand alone! This is perfect to pour over ice cream, cakes, pies, and my husband says he can’t wait to pour it all over pumpkin pancakes! I totally agree."
Chas' Crazy Creations // Real Tree Candle Holders
"We recently had an aspen tree pass away at our house and cut it down. We saved some of the branches and we made our own aspen branch candle holders!"
Simply Stacie // No-Bake Butterscotch Cookies
"[These] are chewy and sweet! I can only handle one or two at a time because they are so sweet – at least to my tastebuds. I love eating mine with a cup of coffee."
If you are one of our FEATURED bloggers, this button is for you!
